Meet the Team

Phil Barrile - An older man wearing a white cap and a black and gray shirt playing an acoustic guitar.
  • Co-founder | Composer • Guitarist • Industry Veteran

Phil Barrile’s career began in Chicago’s vibrant 1960s rock scene, where his band Eden Rock shared stages with groups like Styx, The Buckinghams, Deep Purple, and Rufus. His early work is chronicled in the book The Chicago Music Scene 1960s and 1970s.

Through the 1980s and 1990s, Phil became a sought-after studio guitarist, recording radio and TV spots alongside members of the Little River Band, Neil Diamond’s ensemble, Dr. John, Brian Wilson, and others. His compositions have earned national recognition, including the American Science Jingle Award, WIC Award, and a Time Warner Award for resort campaigns.

Phil gained worldwide recognition in 2005 with the hit TV album 3 Generations of Rock. Today, as co-founder of Playground Music USA, he continues to create original compositions and campaigns, with recent projects including Rise Again— a global charitable collaboration featuring iconic artists and distributed to 600+ radio stations.

Dylan Jordan - A smiling man standing in front of a microphone with a pop filter, wearing a gray Pitt Panthers t-shirt, in a recording studio or room.
  • Co-founder | Singer • Songwriter • Producer

Dylan Jordan is an award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer raised in Chicago. His music has reached national and international audiences, from his viral single “I Love You Sha La La” proudly recorded and filmed with his son Christopher, selected as the exclusive musical gift for Oscar Nominees in 2013— to compositions that have enjoyed major-market radio airplay and industry acclaim. After 6 months of consistent rotation, Dylan received a glowing report via Radio & Records, underscoring his success as an artist.

On stage, Dylan has performed alongside Grammy- and CMA-winning acts like Brooks & Dunn, appeared in their Top 10 music video commercial Rock My World Little Country Girl, and opened for Guns N’ Roses before 50,000 fans at Phoenix International Raceway. In the studio, Dylan has recorded with and composed and co-produced multiple GRAMMY winners on “Rise Again.” He has also collaborated on demos pitched to Celine Dion, N’ Sync, and Hootie & the Blowfish, and worked with Kenny Loggins’ backing vocalist Nicole Garza and Shania Twain’s drummer Elijah Wood. One of Dylan’s greatest honors was being the first artist to perform on Lead Vocals on “Fall Back In Love,” originally co-written by legendary Glen Campbell and Jeff Dayton. The song received 6 months of major market crossover airplay in both the Country and Hot A/C (Adult Contemporary) categories.

A dedicated philanthropist, Dylan has donated proceeds from his music to Nothing But Nets, performed for six years with Childlife Therapy at Children’s Memorial Hospital (raising over $200K), and was named Chicago’s Citizen of the Year Runner-Up. As co-founder of Playground Music USA, Dylan merges artistry with purpose, most recently co-writing and producing Rise Again, a charitable anthem supporting WhyHunger and featuring some of the world’s most celebrated performers.
